I agree with that comment:

"MMcircus, Neverland, United Kingdom, about 22 hours ago

I've not seen or heard of one single piece of evidence to suggest that this man was involved in Madeleine's disappearance. Fed up with seeing articles suggesting he did it with nothing to back that up."

Even a former lawyer of Brueckner speaks out against his ex-client:

I´m not creating excuses about his crimes, but stealing diesel from trucks in 2006 with credible evidence is one thing, but to accuse him (without any evidence) of involvement in the abduction of Madeleine is something completely diferent.

Mr.Vieira wants fame.

with this I agree:

"Kate and Gerry McCann continue to hope that their daughter is alive amid latest developments"

Christian B’s lawyer Friedrich Fulscher was in Portugal last week looking for witnesses he believes can clear his client of links to Madeleine, we can also reveal. He met Portuguese former police chief Goncalo Amaral who led the hunt for Madeleine, then three, when she vanished in Praia da Luz.
How can amaral help?

He'll sure as hell try. Amaral's sole interest is defending the content of his book.

So basically amaral said ages ago that this guy would be used as a scapegoat and now he is meeting with the guy's lawyer who is looking for evidence that his client was not involved?

Something very strange is going on - particularly when amaral has access to information from the original PJ investigation that has never been released to the public.

I suppose amaral is a pretty good choice - with his contacts - to make up a false alibi.

On this trip to Germany we found fundamental pieces in the Madeleine McCann complex and brought decisive information to help understand crime mechanics.
But so much more.
Because it unfolds anyone who thinks talking about Christian Bruckner is just talking about the main suspect in murder of the most media child ever.
Talk about Christian Bruckner is because of the heinous crimes that were never investigated in Portugal for 22 years.
Crimes that show successive failures of Portuguese justice in the interception of this pedophile and rapist.
The latest sexual abuse of a child for which he is being investigated in Germany happened April 2007.
GNR closed the case in 24 hr and never even referred it to the judicial police.
The mistakes, faults, crimes and successive victims of a 43-year-old German who can stay trapped forever, not to be missed in the start of another season of his investigative journalism.
Friday at 9 pm this Friday September 18th at 21 pm on RTP1

"It is not comprehensible how a public prosecutor's office can repeatedly approach the media and make statements like: 'We are firmly convinced that Christian B is the right person and the perpetrator and killed this girl', but then at the same time we are told that they don't have the crucial evidence.

“This is for me a contradiction in itself."
Yes!

I agree 100% with that.

That's strange - I would imagine it is more for defending a p**do rather than the Mccann case.
