I really think he's wrong about repressed negative emotions causing cancer.

I had friends who never repressed a negative emotion in their lives and only very rarely let one cloud the face of their sunny days, but cancer still got them.

Agreed.

Cancer is random mutation of genes that goes awry.

The latest study suggests that two-thirds of cancers are not related to the way you live your life or even genetic influences; just down to bad luck if you get them.

Still, there is benefit in eating sensibly, not drinking to excess and all the other things, because the remaining one-third of cancers can be influenced by those things ...
